Spring Fungicide Applications

Targeted at Apple Scab on Crabapple trees or Rust on Hawthorns.  Other diseases can also be addressed at this time.

Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Treatments

Emerald Ash Borer is an introduced pest from Asia that when left untreated will infect and kill Ash trees.  Specialized, selective treatments are available for the most effective control.

Japanese Beetles

For roses, flowers, trees and shrubs, a specially-formulated pesticide is applied to deter damage from Japanese Beetles.

Bagworms

Bag worms are created by moths that spin their cocoon in its larval life, decorating it with bits of plant material from the trees on which it feeds.  We will treat with a specially formulated insecticide to kill off the larvae infestations.

Insecticide Treatments

We can apply specially formulated products to eradicate the most detrimental of pests, such as:  Gypsy Moths, Tent Caterpillars, Aphids, Scale Insects, and the previously mentioned Emerald Ash Borer, Japanese Beetles, and Bagworms.

These treatments will control severe Spider Mite problems on select plants.

Specialized Micro-Nutrient Treatments

These specialized treatments are conducted for nutrient-deficient trees and shrubs to prevent Chlorosis (yellowing of the leaves), die back of stem tips and twigs, dead areas on leaves, bark lesions, or excessive gum formation.

Deep Root Feeding AND/OR Direct Trunk Injections

Direct injection of minerals and nutrients delivered into the trunk of the tree is sometimes needed to avoid drifting into lakes or other sensitive surroundings.
