Our lawncare program includes seven timely, balanced, and measured applications that include a pre-emergent, fertilization, and weed control.

Round 1
We apply a pre-emergent and One App slow-release seasonal fertilizer. This application will help green up your lawn and will provide extended protection against crabgrass. This application does not prevent weeds, or control existing weeds, due to cool temperatures and weeds being dormant and not in fully active growth stage. Weeds will be addressed in future treatments unless special instructions for your property apply
Round 2
We apply broadleaf weed control that targets Spring weeds such as Dandelion, Chickweed, Black Medic, Plantain, and others, unless special instructions for your property apply. Due to use of One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, its slow-release qualities continue throughout the season. Your lawn will be monitored for diseases, pests, and good cultural practices.

Round 3
We apply weed control as needed unless special instructions for your property apply. Due to use of One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, its slow-release qualities continue throughout the season. Your lawn is closely inspected for pests such as grubs, sod web worms, and chinch bugs. Lawn diseases are also active at this time of year and corrective measures will be recommended, if necessary.
Round 4
We apply broadleaf weed control as needed, as hot summer temperatures may limit this application, unless special instructions for your property apply. Common weeds at this time of season include Spurge, Clover, Wild Violet, and others. Due to use of One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, its slow-release qualities continue throughout the season. Inspection will continue for grubs and other pests prevalent during summer months, as well as lawn diseases, and drought stress. Corrective measures will be recommended, if necessary.
Round 5
We apply weed control as needed, as early seasonal rains and extended late summer drought conditions are becoming common in Indiana and encourage unruly weed growth, unless special instructions for your property apply. Weed types active at this time of the year include Spurge, Clover, Wild Violet, and others. Lawns will be monitored for pests and common diseases that may be active, such as fungal infestations, and drought stress. Specialized treatments may be needed. Due to use of One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, its slow-release qualities continue throughout the season. Consideration to Fall Aeration and Overseeding should be given at this time of year and will soon be underway.
Round 6
We apply weed control as needed unless special instructions for your property apply. Weed types active at this time of the year include Spurge, Clover, and others. Your lawn will be monitored for pests and common diseases that may be active. Specialized treatments may be needed. Due to use of One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, its slow-release qualities continue throughout the season. Final consideration of Fall Aeration and Overseeding should be made as these services are time-sensitive and actively underway. We do not recommend seeding in the Spring. See our website FAQ’s for details.

Round 7
We apply weed control as needed unless special instructions for your property apply. Any persistent late season broadleaf weeds will be treated, and lawns are assessed prior to dormancy. One-App fertilizer in round 1 of your lawn care program, with its slow-release qualities, continues to nourish the turf throughout the dormant months.

Traditional and Organic options
Choose Traditional or Organic method for your 7 rounds. Organic uses natural fertilizer coupled with inorganic weed treatments, as there is nothing occurring in nature that exclusively targets weeds, without harming surrounding grass. Our organic fertilizer is food grade, safe for pets, kids, and the environment. It produces no phosphates and little nitrogen, keeping the earth and water ways as safe as possible.
